Can foreigners book endoscopy in Beijing?

Foreign visitors may arrange gastroscopy or colonoscopy in Beijing; feasibility depends on the provider, pre-checks, anesthesia rules, and travel window.
"Can I book it" is the wrong first question
A gastroscopy or colonoscopy in Beijing is arranged through a licensed provider, and whether one can be scheduled for a visitor depends on that provider rather than on a booking step. The practical question is not whether the procedure can be booked, but which conditions a provider sets before it will assess the request.
Those conditions — what has to be in place before an appointment is offered — belong to the provider. This page explains what to prepare and what to ask; it does not describe the procedure, and does not say whether it is appropriate for you.
Pre-procedure requirements come from the provider
What a provider requires before an endoscopic appointment is set facility by facility and confirmed case by case. A receiving facility may ask for recent reports, current medication and allergy information, or additional checks before it will offer a slot.
Ask what that specific facility requires before you book travel, rather than planning around an assumption. The answer to that question determines whether your travel window works at all.
This is also why the same request can be accepted in one facility and declined in another. The difference is not a difference in your case; it is a difference in what each facility asks for before it will assess a request.

Sedation and same-day arrangements are clinical decisions

If a facility's requirements affect how long you need to stay in Beijing, that is worth establishing before you fix your travel dates — but the determination itself stays with the provider.
Fitting a procedure into a short stay
Short visits create a timing question: an appointment, the procedure itself, and any report that follows all have to land inside the window you have. Whether that is achievable depends on facility scheduling and on the report timeline, neither of which CHC controls.

Where a report is ready, and in what form, is decided by the provider — so if your flight home is fixed, ask about report collection before you confirm the appointment, not after.
