1. Nature of Services

ChinaHealth Concierge is a medical tourism facilitator, not a medical provider. We assist with logistics, translation, hospital appointments, and travel arrangements. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our website or communicating with our consultants does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All medical decisions are made solely between you and the treating hospital in China.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Service Fees: Our concierge fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once services (such as visa processing or itinerary planning) have commenced.
• Medical Fees: All medical payments are made directly to the hospital. Refund policies for medical costs are subject to the hospital's own regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the outcome of any medical treatment, surgery, or procedure. We verify the credentials of our partner hospitals, but the medical risk remains with the patient.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
