Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

1. Operating Entity & Nature of Services

China Health Concierge ("CHC", "we", "us") is operated by Beijing ChengDu Health Technology Co., Ltd. (北京澄渡健康科技有限公司), an enterprise officially registered in Chaoyang District, Beijing, People's Republic of China.

China Health Concierge is a non-clinical medical and dental visit coordination service, not a hospital, clinic, doctor, emergency medical service, medical provider, visa agency, diagnosis service, treatment recommendation service, or official hospital agent. We assist with initial inquiries, record organization, translation coordination, appointment coordination, and practical logistics. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, emergency services, medical travel clearance, hospital/doctor rankings, final medical quotes, or guarantees of provider acceptance, appointment availability, final pricing, timing, visa or entry results, treatment outcome, clinical result, cost savings, or one-visit completion.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our website or communicating with our consultants does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All medical decisions are made solely between you and the licensed treating provider or medical institution in China.

3. China Visit Planning Review (Standalone Written Deliverable)

For patient or family inquiries where structured pre-travel mapping is beneficial, the China Visit Planning Review is a standalone, written, non-clinical planning document. It assists clients in evaluating hospital tiers, administrative pathways, logistical feasibility, and provider-stated intake requirements based on information you provide and CHC's coordination experience. It is not a medical opinion, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, provider recommendation, formal medical quote, or appointment booking service.

  • Price: The service fee for the China Visit Planning Review is US$299, confirmed prior to payment. This fee is standalone and is not credited, offset, or applied toward any subsequent coordination services.
  • Payment method: The Planning Review fee is paid online via PayPal in US dollars. PayPal processes the payment under its own user agreement and privacy policy; CHC receives the payment confirmation and payer contact information to begin the review. Card and account credentials are handled by PayPal and never reach CHC.
  • Start of work: Planning Review work begins when CHC confirms payment and starts reviewing the submitted intake or client-authorized case information.
  • Delivery & Completion: The written Planning Review is delivered following the receipt of case information and provider inquiry responses. Delivery of the written deliverable concludes the service delivery. Further coordination is entirely optional and subject to separate mutual agreement.
  • Debriefing call: Includes one optional debriefing call (up to 30 minutes) within 14 calendar days of report delivery to review written findings and administrative logistics. This call does not include medical advice, clinical provider selection, or new coordination execution.
  • Inquiry scope: The review includes, at minimum, an administrative acceptability assessment and pricing inquiry with at least one receiving medical institution.
  • Refunds: Once Planning Review work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, except that if no receiving medical institution can be identified as able to accept the case within the agreed inquiry scope, the client may request a full refund of the fee. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
  • Standalone Service: The Planning Review is not a mandatory prerequisite for booking Visit Coordination. Clients with clear targets and scheduling requirements may engage Visit Coordination directly.

4. Materials and provider-sharing authorization

Public forms, WhatsApp, and ordinary email are not CHC record-upload channels. If a paid scope requires selected materials, CHC will first explain the minimum material list and request separate explicit authorization to process health information. CHC will not share materials with a hospital, clinic, or other provider unless the client separately authorizes sharing with that named recipient and a CHC human approves the administrative action.

5. Visit Coordination Services, Modules & Scope

Visit Coordination provides defined administrative, on-site, and logistical support for international visitors traveling to China for planned medical or dental visits. Services are structured around five standard delivery modules:

  1. Appointment Coordination: Department & doctor scheduling, administrative intake confirmation, and booking voucher delivery.
  2. Accommodation Coordination: Proximity hotel screening, accessible/quiet room coordination, and reservation confirmation.
  3. Arrival & Local Transport Support: Airport pickup, accessible transfer, and daily hospital transit scheduling.
  4. Bilingual Visit Support: In-person accompaniment, administrative registration navigation, and queue coordination.
  5. Records & Handover Pack: Collecting hard-copy hospital reports, imaging discs, discharge summaries, and coordinating bilingual translation or international courier dispatch.
  • Direct Engagement: Clients with defined execution requirements may engage Visit Coordination directly following a Free Access Check, without purchasing a Planning Review.
  • Custom Scope & Fees: Visit Coordination is custom-quoted based on the specific modules requested, traveler profile, and visit duration. Service scope and fees are agreed upon in writing prior to engagement.
  • Standalone Billing: Visit Coordination fees are separate from the Planning Review. No fee offsets, bundle discounts, or historical credits apply between the two products.
  • Service Fees Non-Refundable: Coordination service fees are non-refundable once agreed operational work has commenced, unless CHC states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.
  • Third-Party Costs: All medical fees, hospital deposits, imaging charges, prescription costs, hotel rates, and driver fares are billed directly by third-party licensed providers and vendors at cost, under their respective terms. CHC does not mark up or guarantee third-party fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the outcome of any medical treatment, surgery, or procedure. Candidate providers are independent from CHC, and the medical risk remains with the patient and their licensed treating professionals.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China.
