Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

1. Nature of Services

ChinaHealth Concierge is a medical access coordination service, not a hospital, clinic, doctor, emergency medical service, medical provider, visa agency, diagnosis service, treatment recommendation service, or official hospital agent. We assist with access checks, record organization, translation coordination, appointment coordination, and practical logistics. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, emergency services, medical travel clearance, hospital/doctor rankings, final medical quotes, or guarantees of provider acceptance, appointment availability, final pricing, timing, visa or entry results, treatment outcome, clinical result, cost savings, or one-visit completion.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using our website or communicating with our consultants does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All medical decisions are made solely between you and the licensed treating provider or medical institution in China.

3. Readiness Assessment

For patient or family inquiries that pass the Free Access Check and appear to fit CHC's non-clinical coordination scope, the next paid step before Concierge Coordination is the Readiness Assessment. The Readiness Assessment is a coordination readiness assessment, not a medical opinion, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, provider recommendation, formal medical quote, or appointment service.

  • Start of work: Readiness Assessment work begins when CHC confirms payment and starts reviewing the submitted intake, patient-provided materials, or requested authorized materials.
  • Refunds: Once Readiness Assessment work has begun, the fee is generally non-refundable unless CHC states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.
  • Insufficient materials: If requested information or materials are not provided, CHC may issue the Readiness Assessment based on available information, pause the work, or close the request after reasonable follow-up.
  • No guarantee of Concierge: Completion of the Readiness Assessment does not guarantee that CHC will offer Concierge Coordination.

4. Concierge Coordination, Payments & Credits

  • Concierge scope: Concierge Coordination is scoped and priced separately after the Readiness Assessment has been completed. CHC may decline, limit, or pause Concierge Coordination if the request is outside CHC's scope, requires additional materials, or involves emergency or unstable medical circumstances.
  • Concierge service fees: Concierge service fees are non-refundable once the agreed work has commenced, unless CHC states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.
  • Third-party costs: Payments to licensed treating providers, medical institutions, hotels, transport providers, interpreters, travel vendors, or other third parties are paid according to their own policies. CHC does not control third-party refunds, pricing, availability, or timelines.
  • 60-day credit: If a client upgrades to Concierge Coordination within 60 days after CHC sends the Readiness Assessment, the actual Readiness Assessment fee paid may be credited toward CHC's Concierge service fee.
  • Credit limits: The credit applies only to CHC Concierge service fees. It does not apply to licensed treating provider or medical institution fees, hotel, transport, interpreter, translation vendor, travel, visa-related document, or other third-party costs. It is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be reused. If the Concierge service fee is lower than the available credit, the unused balance is not paid out as cash or applied to third-party costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the outcome of any medical treatment, surgery, or procedure. Candidate providers are independent from CHC, and the medical risk remains with the patient and their licensed treating professionals.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
