Patients make all medical and travel decisions in consultation with licensed medical professionals.
2. Provider Information
Any provider, department, therapy, procedure, timing, or cost information on this website is general coordination context only and must be confirmed by licensed providers.
3. Public communications and materials
Public forms, WhatsApp, email, and automated chat are not medical-record upload channels. Do not send full medical records, imaging files, prescriptions, passports, identity documents, or payment details through them. Where selected materials are needed for authorized coordination, CHC will explain the separate consent and materials process; this does not make CHC a clinical reviewer or medical provider.
