Delivery & Completion
Services are delivered strictly according to confirmed scope. For Planning Review, the case concludes upon delivery of your written plan (further coordination is optional). For Visit Coordination, agreed modules are executed per schedule.
After you arrive in China
1. Arrival
CHC assists with airport arrival coordination, hotel or facility transfers, and agreed local transport arrangements. We also assist with accommodation coordination and arrival-day setup support according to your confirmed service scope.
2. First consultation (initial visit)
CHC coordinates appointment scheduling, facility check-in, and administrative paperwork for your initial consultation. If you choose an escort, CHC assigns a team member to handle practical and administrative communication on the day (scheduling, paperwork, directions). This is not medical interpretation.
3. Treatment coordination
CHC coordinates administrative scheduling and paperwork if subsequent appointments are needed. The treating provider determines whether a plan involves one or several visits and how long each takes. CHC does not decide this; dates and visit count are confirmed by the provider in writing.
4. Follow-up
After your visit, CHC organizes provider-issued reports, summaries, and receipts into a structured bilingual handover pack before you return home. We also assist with follow-up reminders and administrative communication according to your agreed service scope.

Common questions before you start
What if CHC reviews my inquiry and decides it cannot help?
The free initial inquiry carries no obligation and no cost. If a coordinator concludes the request falls outside non-clinical coordination — for example it needs a clinical opinion, emergency handling, or a provider recommendation — CHC will say so and explain the reason rather than taking a fee for work outside scope. You remain free to approach licensed providers directly.
Do I have to buy the US$299 Planning Review to get any help from CHC?
No. If your task is already defined, CHC can assess whether Visit Coordination can be quoted directly. The US$299 China Visit Planning Review is a separate written planning service, never a precondition for asking.
When do I actually pay, and what am I paying for?
You pay CHC a non-medical coordination service fee for agreed non-clinical work: a US$299 fee for the standalone China Visit Planning Review, or a quoted fee for a defined coordination task. The fee is confirmed in a written quote before any service starts. Receiving medical institutions are independent, licensed institutions and are not CHC employees. Medical charges are paid by you directly to the licensed provider at its standard rates. CHC's non-medical coordination service fee is charged separately. Before you pay anything, we give you a written breakdown of all fees known at that point: our coordination fee, and the provider's quoted charges exactly as the provider issues them. Medical charges are paid by you directly to the licensed provider at its standard rates; they may change if your treatment plan changes, and we will tell you in writing before any change.
Can I change or stop the process after it starts?
Yes. Scope is confirmed in writing before any paid work begins, and changes are handled as a written scope change rather than an open-ended commitment. If a change falls outside what CHC can do, a coordinator will say so before any further work is done. Refunds are limited to the cases set out in our refund policy.
