ChinaHealth Concierge ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information and authorized coordination materials when you use our China medical access coordination services.

2. Information We Collect

• Initial inquiry information: Name, contact details, current country, target service, expected China travel window, and a short coordination question.
• Authorized coordination materials: If you proceed to a Readiness Assessment or Concierge Coordination, CHC may request necessary records, reports, imaging links, travel documents, or provider-issued paperwork through a separate authorized intake process.
• Travel support information: Passport or visa-related information only when expressly included in the agreed coordination scope for travel readiness or provider administrative support.

3. How We Use Your Data

We act as a coordination facilitator. We share your information only when needed for authorized coordination, such as with:

• Candidate providers or administrative contacts, only when needed for authorized provider administrative inquiry, appointment coordination, or document routing.
• Travel or logistics contacts, and visa-related document contacts only where expressly included in the agreed coordination scope.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Security

Data transmission uses SSL where supported by our website and third-party tools. Initial public forms should not be used to upload full medical records, imaging files, prescriptions, passport copies, ID documents, full diagnosis reports, or payment details. Sensitive materials, when needed, are requested only after authorization for Readiness Assessment or Concierge Coordination work.
