• Personal Info: Name, contact details, passport information for visa support.
• Medical Data: Diagnosis reports, imaging files, and treatment history submitted via our secure forms (hosted by Tally.so).

3. How We Use Your Data

We act as a facilitator. We share your medical data strictly with:

• Our partner hospitals (e.g., Beijing GoBroad Hospital, Peking Union Medical College Hospital) for medical assessment.
• Visa authorities (only passport info) for S2 Visa applications.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted via SSL. Our forms are compliant with GDPR and HIPAA standards through our technology partners.
