China Visit Planning Review
A written, non-clinical planning review for international patients and overseas Chinese families considering a planned medical or dental visit in China.
It helps you understand whether your planned visit appears practical from an administrative and logistical perspective before you commit to travel or a larger concierge service.
Written Planning Summary
A structured document your family can review before deciding whether to proceed.
Structured Administrative Delivery
Delivered following receipt of case information and provider inquiry responses, with timelines confirmed individually.
One 30-Minute Debriefing Call
Includes one debriefing call (up to 30 minutes) to review the written findings and next-step logistics.
Service Fee
US$299
Structured Planning Review
Applicable fee is confirmed prior to payment. Covers non-clinical administrative inquiry attempts and comparison. Medical fees, provider tariffs, and third-party expenses are separate and paid directly to relevant entities.
What this paid review is based on
The Planning Review is based on the information you provide and CHC's general coordination experience with planned visits in China. No records are requested through public forms, WhatsApp, or ordinary email attachments.
It does not confirm hospital or clinic availability, clinical suitability, provider pricing, appointment slots, visas, entry results, or treatment outcomes.
If selected materials are needed later
A CHC coordinator first confirms the paid scope and the minimum materials required. Before any materials process begins, the patient must explicitly consent to CHC processing health information. Sharing selected materials with a named provider requires separate authorization, payment, and human approval.

How it works
The Free Initial Inquiry is the first step for all new patient inquiries. If deeper planning may help, the next paid step is the China Visit Planning Review. Concierge Coordination is considered separately after the review.
Free Initial Inquiry
Share high-level country, timing, service, and planning information. Do not attach sensitive records, imaging, identity documents, or payment information at this public step.
China Visit Planning Review
If deeper planning is appropriate, the next paid step is the Planning Review (US$299 confirmed service fee), providing multi-facility administrative inquiry attempts and a structured comparison.
Concierge Coordination
Concierge Coordination is considered separately after the Planning Review, depending on confirmed hospital requirements, patient support needs, and written agreement.
Transition to Concierge Coordination
If you decide to proceed with on-the-ground concierge support following the Planning Review, the concierge coordination scope, timeline, and associated service fees are determined and confirmed separately in writing based on your specific itinerary and hospital admission requirements.
If CHC cannot offer further Concierge Coordination
The Planning Review is a standalone deliverable. If CHC cannot offer further Concierge Coordination, the report will explain the administrative or logistical reasons CHC can identify and outline practical next steps you may consider, such as materials to prepare, timing questions to clarify, or support needs to address.
