The US$299 fee covers the written Planning Review. Appointment coordination, on-site support and third-party costs are quoted separately when requested. Before you pay anything, we give you a written breakdown of all fees known at that point: our coordination fee, and the provider's quoted charges exactly as the provider issues them. Medical charges are paid by you directly to the licensed provider at its standard rates; they may change if your treatment plan changes, and we will tell you in writing before any change.

It does not confirm hospital or clinic availability, clinical suitability, provider pricing, appointment slots, visas, entry results, or treatment outcomes.

If CHC cannot offer specific on-the-ground coordination (for example, if requirements fall outside non-clinical boundaries or receiving-facility schedules are full), the report outlines objective next steps, checklists, and provider administrative requirements for you to proceed independently.

No. The Planning Review is one service, not an entry requirement. If your coordination task is already defined, CHC can quote Visit Coordination directly. The review is useful when the visit itself is still unclear and you want the administrative picture written down before deciding.

A written China Visit Planning Review plus one debriefing call of up to 30 minutes. Does the US$299 cover hospital or dental treatment costs?
No. You pay CHC a non-medical coordination service fee for agreed non-clinical work: a US$299 fee for the standalone China Visit Planning Review, or a quoted fee for a defined coordination task. The fee is confirmed in a written quote before any service starts. Receiving medical institutions are independent, licensed institutions and are not CHC employees.
