What CHC can and cannot do

CHC provides non-clinical coordination support for some non-emergency planned-care requests in China. The service may include information organization, missing-materials checklists, provider inquiry preparation, appointment logistics, translation and escort coordination, hotel or transport planning, and visit-document collection when agreed.

Who this guide is for

  • International patients who need practical coordination before deciding whether to travel to China.
  • Overseas Chinese families helping non-Chinese-speaking relatives navigate appointments.
  • Patients who want a clear boundary before sharing records or paying for a planning review.

What to prepare

  • Use the free initial inquiry for basic country, age, goal, urgency, travel timing, and available-records information.
  • Use the paid Planning Review when you need a written non-clinical planning summary, missing-materials list, budget-category framing, and next-step coordination options.
  • Use Concierge Coordination only after CHC confirms what practical support can be offered for the specific request.
  • Keep complete medical records, passport details, payment details, and sensitive files out of general contact forms unless CHC gives a secure next step.

What CHC cannot do

  • CHC is not a hospital, clinic, doctor, emergency service, visa agency, or official hospital agent.
  • CHC does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendations, provider rankings, medical travel clearance, final quotes, or outcome guarantees.
  • CHC does not guarantee provider acceptance, appointment availability, visas, entry results, refunds, insurance reimbursement, or treatment outcomes.

Not sure whether China is practical?

Start with a non-medical initial inquiry before sharing sensitive records.
